With Klara, you can send and receive texts, ask questions about your health, schedule appointments, request prescription refills, inquire about billing, and even check on referrals – all with just a few taps or clicks.

Patients can now reach us by texting us at 601-808-5701.

For new patients, registration with DSH is required before using Klara. If you haven't established care with us yet, please call (603) 742-5556 to register.

Getting Started with Klara

2. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
3. Or access Klara here through our website. 

How to Use Klara:

1. Reach out using the web messenger on our website:

1. Click on the blue “Message us” chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
2. Enter your cell phone number.
3. Verify your identity with a four-digit code sent to your phone.
4. Enter your date of birth to complete the verification process.

2. Respond to a message from our office:

1. Click on the link in the text message you receive from us.
2. Enter your date of birth to verify your identity.
3. Access Klara to view and respond to our message.
