Carly Dobbie, APRN-C, is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with a background in Hospital Medicine, Primary Care, and Dermatology. 

She earned her Master’s in Nursing from Northeastern University and further specialized through a Dermatology Fellowship at Florida Atlantic University. 

Before joining Dermatology and Skin Health, Carly practiced dermatology in central Florida.

Carly is dedicated to treating a broad range of skin conditions, including psoriasis, eczema, hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), acne, hair loss, and rashes, as well as focusing on the detection and management of skin cancer. 

A native of the Seacoast, Carly is thrilled to return home and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to her local community.

Outside of her professional life, Carly enjoys CrossFit, surfing, pickleball, and spending time with her husband, their dog, and family. 

Professional Affiliations

Stephanie Grant is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in the field of Dermatology having worked as a registered nurse in Dermatology before going back to get her Masters from the University of New Hampshire.

She enjoys providing compassionate and comprehensive care, spanning all age groups, to promote skin health and well being.

Stephanie see patients for both, medical and cosmetic needs. Stephanie is a medical laser expert and has a special interest in the use of lasers to treat various skin concerns.

Stephanie is a member of the American  Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the Dermatology Nurses Association.

When not at work Stephanie enjoys being with her family, running, traveling, and spending time at the lake.

Christine Horrigan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over five years of medical aesthetic experience with a combined five years of nursing experience in primary care. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University 2012 and obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph’s College in Maine in 2020.

Jane Tallent, APRN, DCNP  is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with 30+ years experience in an Advanced Nursing role, 10 years specializing in dermatology. She completed her fellowship training in dermatology at the Harvard Affiliate Lahey Clinic and is board certified in Adult Medicine. Jane is one of the few dedicated NPs in the country to be certified by the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board (DNPCB). In addition to a rigorous certification examination, a minimum of 3,000 hours in dermatology practice are required to become a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP). We are proud to say that Jane is one of only a handful of DCNPs in the state of New Hampshire!

Jane has been practicing dermatology in the Boston and North Shore areas at Harvard Medical Associates prior to coming to our practice. Prior to her fellowship, she was working in Internal Medicine at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and in a private practice in Newburyport, Massachusetts.

Special Interests

Jane is passionate about caring for populations at risk and has been traveling worldwide to donate her time to people in need of medical care. Her most recent trips have been to Haiti, Honduras and Africa.

Lindsey MacMillan, FNP-C, is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse practitioners and an affiliate of the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Dermatology Nurses Association.

She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors of Science in General Biology and worked for several years before returning to school to pursue her passion for the medical field. 

She began working in the field of dermatology in 2015 while obtaining a masters in nursing with a specialty in evidence-based practice and then later obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of New Hampshire, completed with summa cum laude distinction.

Lindsey provides comprehensive, high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. She enjoys procedural and medical dermatology. 

Lindsey is an experienced medical provider who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment for dermatological conditions such as melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer, pre-cancer, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, alopecia, acne, and mixed connective tissue disease. 

She enjoys centering care around the patients’ needs and spending time educating about preventative care.

Lindsey enjoys spending much of her free time in the forest, whether that be backcountry skiing, hiking, running, or biking.
