Nate Moreau is an accomplished marketing professional, designer, and photographer. 

Before starting with DSH, Nate worked as a marketing professional in both the hospitality and industrial industries. He began his professional career as an industrial designer working in footwear, stationary, and computer peripherals before working in marketing. 

He also enjoys photographing weddings and events on the side. He graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston with a dual degree in Industrial Design and Photography. 

When he isn’t working, Nate enjoys running, skiing, and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.

Brandon Wells acquired his Bachelor of Science from Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts. Then he received his MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration and Business Analytics from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. He has been working in dermatology since 2013, starting as a Mohs tech and clinical MA, to dermatology consulting, and managing multiple dermatology and dermatopathology practices.

Brandon recently moved back from Kansas City, MO to Hampton, NH, with his wife, Caroline, 1 year-old son Jack, and their two cats, Gizmo and Sage. When not working, he likes to ski, hike, box, cook, brew beer, watch movies, go to concerts, and relax on Lake Winnipesaukee with his family.

As the Executive Director of Operations, he will work on personnel development, overseeing practice operations and strategic business growth and development.

Frances Furbish has an Associates Degree in Accounting. She was self-employed as Book Works for 11 years and with Dermatology & Skin Health since 2004 as a sub-contracted bookkeeper. Frances went full time in January 2009 as Finance/Billing Supervisor and took the position as the Practice Manager in June 2018.

When not at work she enjoys time with family and friends, gym workouts, camping, traveling and love to work around my home.

Before coming to Dermatology and Skin Health, Marlene Smith was the owner/COO of D&D Homes, LLC for 20 years. She joined the practice in 2012 and was a Front Office Representative for 5 years and then was promoted to Front Office Supervisor in 2018.

When not working she enjoys boating, reading and spending time with family.
